PLEASE FIX

the app does not pick up photos and videos. Sometimes it will display a photo just taken, but I bought this product to back up my data and clean up my iPhone.

Customer service says it is a known issue that the app does not work correctly on iPhones. PLEASE FIX, my filehub is completely useless without a working app.
