With this version, not working anymore

I just bought the filehub WD03. I downloaded this app onto my iPhone and iPad. It works great on my phone and plays every file type I have tried. But not on my iPad. It seems to play everything well but MP4 files. I found this odd because everything I found says it should work fine. Also the same files play on my iPhone just fine. I have tried restarting the app, restating my iPad, and made sure my iPad OS was up to date.

This is a good app but cant seem to read the portable Seagate Slim 1 TB hard drive I plugged into the USB port on the Ravpower device. The device powers the Seagate HD no problem so not sure why it wont read the HD. The instructions do mention that it will read USB flash drives. Havent tested that yet.

Only 1 star because the app doesnt work on iphone 6s ios 9.2.1. Continue to crash and when I press the settings icon is like to press nothing. When play video the set disappear. Necessary update!

App seems to work fine, but not clean, intuitive. A lot of back arrows to go back. My iPhone 6 plus crashes every time I try to transfer a MP3 song from the phone to a SD card on the hub. Otherwise a useful device. But the app can be improved.

I got the software to along with the ravpower filehub RP-WD03 the hardware is fast when I access it using SAFARI. I can quickly download 9mb jpg and view them full sized, however when I use the filehub plus software the preview images download slowly, worse I am unable to view full sized images which is the main reason why I purchased the filehub. This app ruins what appears to be a good piece of hardware.

Did my research before buying on Amazon. Debated between the Ravpower WD03 or the Kingstone mobilelite G2 (((for a media hub wireless card reader media manager shenanigans))) I chose wrong. The app crashes every time I open music. Also I cant transfer files to and from the device. Wont transfer wifi through the app. Ill be submitting my return to Amazon and trying out the mobilelite next.

This concept is wonderful and the platform is great to to use in everyday life. All of the benefits work as described with the exception of a few hiccups that can hopefully be fixed with updates to the app and unit in the future. 1. While watching movies there is an unnecessary white bar on the far right of the screen that shrinks down the actually view of the movie when it loads. As said the concept is great and I would recommend it to a friend. I will update as needed. Update 05/13/15: Movie streaming portion of the app needs to seriously updated. It is not as flawless as the file hub app for the WD01. Still a good product, but would be better with that update. The Chrome Cast streaming is great until you cant control play, pause, etc because the app drops, but the stream continues.

Cant transfer small .jpeg files, they transfer over "successfully" at 0.0bytes. Other larger 1mb+ transfer no problem. Stability of app is questionable, iPad mini crashes frequently, UI could be better. For a free app its barely ok, would be upset if paid. The WD-03 is a good device, in process of sending back first unit due to faulty SD drive. Will re-evaluate device and app worthiness after replacement. Currently Im using ravpower wd-03 device for video playback during travel, would recommend "nPlayer" or "file explorer" instead, better quality and external .srt file support. May explore other device options if next device SD card problems continue.

I love my new RP-WD03! However, it takes a little while to get used to the FileHub Plus app and the instructions for product setup are a little lacking of some key specifics. There appears to be a bug in the current version of FileHub Plus. You can view .PPT and .PPTX files within the app, but only the .PPT files can currently be opened in an external app. If you try to open the .PPTX files in an external app, FileHub Plus simply states no app is installed to open these files...

Application is slow, transfer is also slow and unreliable app or wd03 device. Need support for camera raw image files.

Happy with the WD03 device. The app however doesnt play sound for M4V files. Ive tried with several devices. I used a different app to get to the files through the WD03 and they play the M4V files with sound. Video is fine, just no audio on the M4V. Otherwise the app is good. Audio is fine using safari and connecting to 10.10.10.254 interface.

I use this to backup images on sd card to hard disk. Not all files copy, unknown why some dont copy even though app reports all transferred successfully. Please fix! App crashes frequently while using to copy or view files.

the app does not pick up photos and videos. Sometimes it will display a photo just taken, but I bought this product to back up my data and clean up my iPhone. Customer service says it is a known issue that the app does not work correctly on iPhones. PLEASE FIX, my filehub is completely useless without a working app.

When logging into app as guest unable to Access sub or sd card, they say share. Then unable to logout from app and login As admin. Also when logged in as guest, Should not have access to system, where Guest should not be able to access. Also when watching movie unable to view With Apple TV, audio only works. App needs several improvements.

The product does not work for streaming movies. Kind of a waste of money . Its just a glorified battery charger.

App is crashing if I try to view a photo. Only time it doesnt crash is if I start viewing from the very first photo in a folder. Transfer is very slow. Facebook integration doesnt work. Just blank screen. If I try to transfer more than one photo it crashes.

They sell this product on Amazon and elsewhere as good for iPhones. The hardware is in fact good but due to the lazy programmers, this app isnt up to date and you cant transfer photos, videos and music from most sources where practically every other app seems to be in the share list. Without regular app support...this firm is letting us down.

Cant play certain .mov files. I got this for my Gopro to transfer files to an external hd. The playback quality is so poor that its a waste of time. However, if you connect with the ip address, gopro movies play perfectly. Yet, you cant stream other video files on safari. I really wish this app was more user friendly and things just worked like they should. Please hire a professional developer to fix this app.

Good app but when I use it with iOS its a pain. I use the rag file hub to back up and it works much better with other devices
